We had some wind damage on our roof and had some shingles lift up in some areas in the recent weather. I reached out to James at Triumph Roofing and he was quick at responding and communicating with me on coming out and looking at our roof. He explained the extent of damage and how to understand my homeowners insurance in relation to the damage.He came out and looked over the roof and took some pictures and was able to give me a quick quote for the work that needed to be done. Very professional, conscientious and thorough. Brad referred me to an Independent Adjuster who helped me with an insurance claim that had been previously denied a couple of times. Brad and James were awesome to work with. They were very attentive thru the entire process. They listened to my needs and were accommodating to ensure my needs were met. They gave regular updates thru the process to make sure I was comfortable during the roof replacement. Thier estimate was accurate and very reasonable.
