What a positive experience working with Gabi and John with DFW Improved! From our initial meeting with Gabi, designer, I felt she just GOT what we were trying to achieve with our media room remodel. She was extremely approachable, down to earth, and easy to communicate with. Making material selections in the design center with Sarah was efficient and painless.John W was our construction manager. Again, easy to communicate with, and things proceeded in orderly fashion. Tradespeople arrived when promised. Inevitable touch-ups were handled without drama. OMGOSH.. DFW Improved was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive contractor we reached out to. They were however the most, professional, personable, kind, respectful AND neat folks I have ever delt with for a remodel project. Have never seen a demo site look "clean" when demo team left. Everyone was amazing, from demo, plumbing, tile team and electrician. Cole, our project manager knew we had a "deadline." We were moving 92-year-old mamma in with us, and this move couldn't be completed until our "her" bathroom was done. Will use them again.

We experienced some fairy extensive water damage last summer. After filing a claim and collecting 3 estimates we decided to go with DFW Improved. Our initial point of contact, Garrett was knowledgeable and laid out what the insurance and construction process would look like. Next we met with the designer, Sara, and she instantly knew my style and brought selections that I loved. Once it was time to begin the construction we were passed off to the Project Manager, Josh. I cannot say enough good things about Josh. He listened and created a schedule that would pose the least inconvenience to our busy family life for our 4 week project.
