“My closet installation was just completed on 03/24/26 and I must say that Brandin incredible. He is extremely sharp when it comes to construction, last minute modifications and connecting with the client. He is an incredibly hardworking person and did not approach any project setbacks as impossible to solve. In fact and Jason paused to hear my frustration and each time Brandin said “I understand and I know how you feel.” Followed by “ok I understand your vision and I think I know what you want. Let me built it partially and you come back and tell me if I’m on the right track. If you don’t like it I’ll stay until we get it to where you do. This is your space and we’re here to make you happy with it.” Those guys worked almost a 12 hour shift in my closet but only because they were cutting onsite to get it right for me. They never once complained or got upset. They actually kept me from getting too worked up about things. They’re the consummate professionals any client would love to work with. Brandin is truly well qualified if not supremely overqualified for the position he is in. Jason was fairly new but definitely showed signs of catching on quickly. He was a tremendous support to Brandin and adjusted where and when necessary. I appreciate those guys so much. They truly are gems. They along with Amy the client services manager made my experience delightful. Their kind and glowing disposition made all the difference in the world. Oh and it would be remiss if I didn’t mention Austin. Austin came one day prior to the installation and did the closet tear out. The old fixtures had to be removed prior to installation and he was fantastic. He was very nice and he did a thorough job of patching holes and painting the walls so that my entire experience would complete at the time of the final installation. He also made a significant catch prior to installation and gave the team a call while he was here and gave them a heads up about something on one of my walls that wasn’t included in the design.That saved the installation team a lot of time the next day. I can’t say enough about these guys. They were all such a joy to work with and in the end they all felt like a part of my family. Should they read this I want to say thank you so much for being the best part of my experience. This was an important project for me and a huge part of my therapeutic journey on the heels of my divorce. You got it right and I’m forever grateful. 🥰 Now, if only I can keep my 14 year old daughter out of my closet 😂 I might just have a quiet moment to bask in its newness and the success of its completion.“
