We used Master Mastic years ago for the mastic around our pool and home so when it was time to update it, we gave them a call. Since they require you be home the entire time they are working and they don't provide you a window of when they will arrive, you basically need to be available all day. They were booked months out so we were put on their wait list. I'd receive a text saying I was scheduled and if the date didn't work I'd reply "no" and be put back on the waitlist. *the person-to-person communication is basically non-existent from this point forward. I contacted Traci at Master Mastic to get an estimate. She responded very quickly and was extremely pleasant to work with. She sent Calvin out the next day and he too was extremely professional and easy to work with. It turned out that the repairs that I need are not to my mastic but the grout between the rocks, which isn't something they do. Everyone at master Mastic that I met was fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Master Mastic did an excellent job of removing old, cracked plastic joints and old mastic and then installing new mastic. The pool deck looks brand new and it was all completed on the day scheduled in 2 hours. Very professional and I highly recommend Master Mastic.
