I just had my third roof replacement done by Swan Roofing. My first home was done in the ‘90’s- and this was my second replacement on my current home- so I have used them for many years. NEVER had one single issue. This time my Swan contractor was Don Perez. I found him very accessible and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Unfortunately my insurance company was not so easy to work with but I know that Don did everything he could possibly do to work with them. Amazing experience with Kirk and his whole team who went above and beyond for me. I had a leak in my TPO/mansard roof and they rushed right out and it was fixed very quickly. Great communication and they treated my home with as much care as if it were their own.
