“This gym has everything I need as a working mom. Childcare, massage, sauna and steam room not to mention all of the equipment and classes. I do think the sauna and steam room should have more frequent maintenance/checks. Can we get an ice machine, lol.”
“Chris is absolutely incredible—he brings energy, positivity, and life into every class. His enthusiasm is contagious, and he motivates everyone around him to push a little harder. Truly one of the best of the best!”
“Beaux and the CrossFit Alanis team approach fitness the right way. They educate on nutrition, sleep, wellness, and exercise. They also are very safety conscious and meet people where they are by considering each person’s current level of fitness and tailoring to their needs and capabilities. Most importantly, but often overlooked, this team builds CULTURE AND COMMUNITY. Highly recommend Beaux and his team to all.”
