The gm Kenny is an amazing help and very nice guy, the assistant gm Ness is very knowledgeable and helpful with workouts!

Fit Factory Garland has slowly become one of my favorite gyms I’ve been a part of. The equipment selection is great everything is spaced out well, easy to access, and there’s always enough machines and weights so you’re not standing around waiting. The gym stays clean, organized, and actually feels like a place you want to spend time in.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone I’ve talked to has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure you’re getting a good experience. I really enjoy going here, everyone is so sweet and the staff is really helpful if you have any questions or concerns. There are some machines out of order but that's to be expected at any gym. Women's area is also really nice! If you're thinking about going here I suggest you do :)
