Went in today for the first time in a long time. Justin at the front desk was so amazing and helpful taking me directly to the machines I wanted to work out on. It was a great experience and I’m motivated to go again tomorrow. Really good experience!

I know that Staci is there but when I come and visit from California, Staci and I will join as guests in Rachael’s Zumba class. It was so great having her on the month before but I’m hopeful that we’ll see each other again someday taking place in Richardson 24 someday.

I'm not one who typically posts reviews, but feel it's important to do so in this situation...Last weekend, I traveled to the area for a concert in Dallas. Let me begin by saying "Dave-Prep" is a big deal (there are those out there who will understand that). At 3:00 pm on the day of the show, as I stand dripping wet having just stepped out of the shower, the front desk of my hotel calls to inform me they are evacuating due to a gas leak. I gathered all of my things, ran to my car, and drove to the 24-Hr Fitness I'd passed driving in the day before.
