Thank you for making this workout available on ClassPass!! Lately I've been enjoying mixing in my running and trail racing with high intensity workouts, and this is something that I can say delivers the goodness of a full body workout in 45 minutes! Great way to fire up your body early in the morning!! The 7 AM class was rather intimate but that did not bother me as I enjoy the personal training. The instructors are fun here and truly push you and the music was very energizing. F45 Collin Creek is very clean, and all the equipment is new. Trainers are great, helpful, and very motivating. The staff is friendly and keeps you coming back. If you want to get back in shape (or stay in shape), this is the place to be. The F45 workout is a complete full-body workout - cardio, resistance, stretching, and even balance. See you there.
Full Disclosure: My personal opinion is that working out is for the birds, but yet a necessary evil as it's not socially acceptable to identify as a potato, so here we are. ;)I've been a big fan of F45 since I started a few years ago. I've tried out various locations due to work travel, and the larger studios with separate reception areas are my preference. F45 has a higher price model but honestly, if you go regularly 3-5 days/week, it's a discounted price that essentially includes a personal trainer, prepared workouts, and the equipment laid out. Each workout is tailored for resistance and/or cardio and has built in rest periods. In and out 40 mins max (50min on Saturdays)....read full review
