The manager was very friendly and welcoming from the beginning, which made me feel comfortable right away.<br><br>I trained here for about three weeks, and the experience was consistently very good. The gym is modern, very clean, and well-maintained. What stood out to me in particular is that you can regularly see the manager himself cleaning during opening hours and also checking the equipment – this really shows dedication.<br><br>The equipment is in excellent condition and there is a great variety, so you can train all muscle groups without any issues.<br><br>It’s also not overcrowded, but rather calm, so you don’t have to wait for machines. This makes the whole training experience much more enjoyable.<br><br>The staff and coaches are very friendly, always greet you, and seem genuinely motivated.<br><br>Honestly, I wish we had a gym like this – or even a manager like this – back in Germany. This place really deserves praise.<br><br>I would definitely recommend this gym and would gladly come back.”

The music they have playing keeps you pumped up during your workouts. I had Joe Gottsch as my coach and being my first time visiting this facility, he made it a reason to want to return. Very informative, paying attention to details such as posture and form, and was well balanced with being encouraging and making sure I got through the work out.
