My husband and I decided to try CrossFit, and I'm glad we chose CrossFit Alanis; the coaches are amazing people, and the community here is excellent!We love it so much we don’t mind driving an hour to workout here!

It’s been 10 years since I’ve been in a box.My husband and I missed it. But life happened along with injuries.I drove by CFA for the last 2 years and always looking over. One day, 9 mos ago I decided to just walk in and get more info. I dove right back in like riding a bike.The programming is methodically done with such precision that all of my old injuries holding me back just fell to the side. Beaux, the owner and head coach , is one of a kind and anyone who has ever thought about CrossFit. I encourage you to take the chance and see for yourself. Their kick start program will give you the comfort and confidence needed to know you made the right choice. Do it!

I've been to 5 CrossFit gyms, including one of the top ones in the Dallas area. Alanis tops them all - Beaux and the rest of the coaches do an incredible job.The programming is intelligent. The kickstart program is way better than just throwing new members in the deep end. And the community at this gym is fantastic. Highly recommend!
