The large facility features a spacious fitness floor, numerous group exercise classes, basketball courts, steam rooms, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Members can enjoy unlimited group training sessions and personalized attention through the Signature Membership program. The club has received mixed reviews from customers. Many praise the outstanding instruction and community-building efforts of trainers, especially during personal training sessions. For example, one reviewer had a very positive experience with a trainer who devised a health plan, provided helpful exercises, and suggested nutrition tips. Customers also appreciate the support and energy from instructors in classes like spinning and barbell classes, which have helped improve their health significantly. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the men's locker room, mentioning theft issues and compromised security. I recently suffered an Achilles injury while playing basketball over the weekend, and the staff here were absolutely amazing in the way they responded. I want to give a special shoutout to Gabby, Kerrigan, Chase, and the two gentlemen from Lifetime Swim for acting so quickly and helping me through a really painful situation. They got me ice, gave me water, and made sure I was taken care of the whole time. I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness and support, they made a difficult moment much more bearable!
