I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
It’s a great atmosphere, they have the best equipment, the workouts are top notch, they work my kids out hard but are so good with them..we are all in and huge fans of this place.
The facility was clean and had a wide variety of equipment to use. The environment was what you would expect as an athlete and very well kept. The music they have playing keeps you pumped up during your workouts. I had Joe Gottsch as my coach and being my first time visiting this facility, he made it a reason to want to return. Very informative, paying attention to details such as posture and form, and was well balanced with being encouraging and making sure I got through the work out. Would highly recommend this place and Joe if you’re wondering what coach to use
