Ever been to the gym where you just were not making any progress? That is me as I tried for a couple of years then I went back to Circuit 31. This is the place where I can provide my goals to their staff and then they can help motivate. Adam is good at watching your form and then correcting it so that you do not harm your body and you get the full benefit of the specific movement. Really enjoyed it! Got to come in on Christmas day with my family. The owner was super kind to let me come and try it out even though I live out of town.I really liked that it was a quick and fast-paced workout. Its nice having everything planned out for you so you just have to show up and start. I would highly recommend coming here! If I lived here I would come often!

I've been a member for 5 years now since they first opened and still enjoy the workouts! I'm the type that can get burnt out after a while of doing the same thing but what I love about Circuit 31 is that Adam changes up the workout every day, keeping it interesting and as challenging as you want. My son now loves going too and it's perfect for his using the free weight area.What keeps me going to this gym and keeps me working out:1. Easy no appt or class time necessary... just jump in2.
