The experience is great only if the instructor is good. I absolutely love Pilates and I think it is very beneficial but it's just like any instructional class, if you don't like the instructor you won't reap the rewards.
I love Club Pilates! I am in my 60's and after years of running, playing tennis and volleyball, was looking at a knee replacement, and lower back issues. Pilates has transformed my skeletal health, and I'm stronger than ever, still play other sports, and not even considering that knee replacement, anymore. I have made many new friends, and can't say enough about Chan, and the staff, that's always very helpful with unforeseen scheduling issues and much more. Thank you Chan, thank you Club Pilates Sugar Land!
It’s just what I needed..I know they’re opening up more clubs so hopefully the availability of classes you want will be more. And hopefully it gets more affordable. But it is a great experience..wish classes were 90 minutes ❤️??
