One of my favorite studios, and I have lived in Las Vegas, NV, Houston, TX and many areas of Chicago, IL. The instruction level is unparalleled. If you are looking for technical cueing and thoughtful programming this is the place for you. If you are considering taking a teacher training course or participating in continuing education, this place is for you! My training at Pilates South Texas was invaluable. I thought all studios were this knowledgable and professional, but after being some many different places I realize that Pilates South Texas has set the bar way above industry standard. Chau is amazing, with a wealth of knowledge and care for her clients. I cannot wait to visit again next time I am in town!
