“This place is the reason I can still walk. I experienced a back injury while in the military in 1992, and over the years that followed it worsened to the point of requiring major surgery in 2004. Even so, by the time 2014 rolled around I was on the cusp of having to use a wheelchair permanently. That's when I started going here once a week for clinical-style Pilates in one-on-one sessions. Lissa (the owner) and her crew thoroughly assessed my physical status and studied my pertinent medical history in depth. This alone impressed me and made me feel like I found the right person to help where other physical therapists my regular doctors sent me to had failed. Finally, Lissa assembled a program of exercises and stretches specifically for my abilities versus disabilities. After about two years of steady progress, I was feeling 20 years younger -- something I thought would have been impossible. I'm still on my feet and dealing with my condition far better than I ever had before (good days and bad) because of the things I learned about and did here. I give this place and the people who work here my strongest possible recommendation.“

“Love this place! The instructor, Greg, was so kind and treated my husband and I like he has known us our whole life. Actually, he did treat us better than people we have known our whole life(yes, family too?!). In the world we live in now, people like Greg are very hard to find. He gave us informative packet to take home (my husband is trying to get back in to shape from Corona, Pilates first timers.) He answered all of our questions, down to earth, easy to talk to, genially a good person, worth every penny and more. He’s “Good people”.“
