I made a mistake booking a class, but the owner was very helpful she reach out to me even though I was tripping not knowing what to do because I’m new. She was still very kind. I don’t know what the bad reviews are about, but maybe they should just try to give her a chance because my experience has been lovely so far. So it was on me, but she still gave me grace and I’m thankful for that.
I love this studio, it’s beautiful! The owner and instructors there are so kind and helpful. I’ve tried a lot of other studios, but Defy is definitely the best.
I also love how comfortable it feels. People actually come to work out, not just stand in front of the mirror taking selfies for social media.
The instructors are always there to help and give modifications for each exercise, and they never make you feel bad for taking breaks or not being able to do something. It’s such a supportive environment and that’s why I keep coming back.
