Medlock made a stressful situation into a positive experience! The downside of owning an older home is when something needs to be upgraded, usually something else is out of code. Nick and his crew at Medlock were quick to set up testing of our lines, identifying that not only were our gas lines out of code and needed to be replaced, but we had a small gas leak we did not even know about. He immediately had a crew at our home ready to get the job done. They were professional, efficient and the cleanest crew we have worked with, leaving our home as they entered it. During the Great Texas Freeze of 2021 where we lost power and the temperature remained below freezing for a full week I experienced a frozen pipe leak in the ceiling of my garage on a Wednesday. Highly recommend Medlock Services for plumbing needs. Ted Herrera provided superb information on assessing problems with a tankless water heater that malfunctioned following the freezing temps. He was extremely knowledgeable about potential repair issues and offered suggestions on resolving the problem. Ted was professional, understanding and very kind.
