“Recently, both of our water heaters went out—leaking water into the garage and down the street. (Thankfully, we don’t have units upstairs…that could have been a nightmare!)

Here’s what I discovered: the water heaters installed in 2013 (Home Depot brand) were no longer compliant with state plumbing codes.
