“I absolutely love this company! I have an 80 year old house and there were some issues when I purchased it several years ago. I tried other plumbing companies for a few other things but since things which I thought should have been fixed kept breaking, I took another person's recommendation and called Knee Deep Plumbing. Once Knee Deep started working on my house, I knew no one else would even get the option. Every time they have come out they have been courteous, professional, explained what options were available, given a time frame, and correctly completed the work without issue.They also are always on time, and they send photos and texts ahead of time to tell me which plumbing professional is going to be at my house, which I love.I feel it is super important to note, as many women have absolutely experienced this: If you are a woman who owns a house, and a company sends men (specifically men) to work on your house, and if there's a man you live with, some of those men working on things will only talk to your male friend/husband/roommate/partner, even if you are clearly the person asking the questions and paying the bill. I for one am always infuriated by this and feel degraded, and it tends to happen a lot.Out of all the plumbing personnel Knee Deep has sent out for various projects, all of them were men, all of them were extremely kind and knowledgeable, and not one of those men has ignored me, downplayed my concerns, or answered my partner instead of me when I specifically asked a question. That for me speaks incredible volumes and means everything.My last project was a prickly one (broken pipe under one part of pier and beam, and they had to check under both sides of the split level pier and beam foundation to make sure all was well, and then fix the pipe).I wanted to give a SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO CUYLER AND ROSS for this specific project, not only because they were awesome in general, but also because I know my job took time away from another job (there were complications) and not once did they make me feel bad about it. I'm even more thankful because when I asked about tips to keep that specific problematic line clean, they provided me with not only the appropriate type of cleaner for my cast irons but also the type of machine I could utilize in a pinch to help keep things moving. I learned a great deal that day and am grateful for their candor. Incredibly stellar service. I'm here for life.Also - every time I have called to schedule an appointment, I also want to note / give a SHOUT OUT TO SUE, and say I just love her as well because she is so kind and friendly. Everyone at this company who I've had the pleasure of speaking to has been fantastic. Called Go Pro Plumbing first thing Saturday morning and was amazed they could get to us on the same day. We were given a window for their ETA and were kept notified about their arrival time. Charlie spoke to us about the problem and gave us an expectation of the cost. It was very hard line to unstop but Charlie kept at it in 104 degree heat until he got us back operational. We liked him because he was very clear on what to expect, very courteous and respectful, and acted like he was taking care of his own parents.
