Was in need of a plumber the week of Christmas, and was extremely fortunate that The Prosper Plumber was both available and did outstanding work.Kris arrived on time, worked diligently, took the time to explain the issue and resolution completely, and even gave us some background on the house as he'd serviced it for a previous owner.Would happily recommend to all friends and neighbors.

In 2018 Kris helped us install a custom whole house water filter. He taught me how to clean my tankless hot water filter, which I now do myself annually. Few days ago my hot water heater lost power. I gave him a call and he gave me some ideas to troubleshoot. I was able to get it powered back on with his suggestions. Kris has been reliable and helpful and he's the first person I call when I have a plumbing issue!

I left a message one night after being frustrated with a toilet that was leaking inside the bowl. Chris called me back early the next morning and has been extremely responsive every time I call, always addressing my questions and concerns. Grateful to have found a reliable plumber and won’t hesitate to call him again for out plumbing issues.
