Brandon was great to work with! He diagnosed our problem and had a new hot water heater installed for us in less than 24 hours! We will definitely be using them again for our plumbing needs.

I called Strittmatter midmorning this Saturday when my water heater began leaking badly. Brandon returned my call within minutes and arrived 15 mins later. When it was decided I needed a new one he exlained availability, type and price with clear information about any problem that may be faced in enough space due to the newer heater s being larger. Here was able to locate just the right one and fit it in the very close space with not an inch to spare. He removed the old one, picked up the new one at their warehouse and had it installed, working and all traces cleaned up in 2hrs 20mins from the time I placed the call.
