David L. came to troubleshoot a mysterious problem with our furnace. It was short-cycling even after we had replaced the main circuit board. It was dropping voltage—turning on and off every 5 to 10 seconds. After checking, everything, it might possibly be, he discovered a loose connection in one of the wiring harnesses. Runs like a champ now! Thanks, David.

Cannot thank you enough all of a sudden got an error E103 on my nest thermostat on a unit installed by A1 air on a Sunday at 6PM called at 7PM and was scheduled appointment with no specific window but they assured me someone will be there same day, by 10:15 pm technician came and troubleshoot inside and outside and replaced contactor and completed tune up and got AC working again :), left at 11:15PM everything was covered under parts and labor and i just had to pay the service fee, i cannot say enough good things about the level of professionalism the technician displayed and i cannot thank you enough for saving the day, God bless you and you have me as a customer for...read full review

Frank came out and assisted with our duct cleaning. What he showed us was alarming, but I appreciate his honesty and was glad he put my health in the forefront of everything. Thank you
