My plumber recommended SS Water Restoration after I had a busted pipe in the bathroom flooded the hallway, bedroom and part of living room. Stephan was very easy going and highly professional. He explained all what needs to be done and he took care of all the processes starting from drying the wet areas and dealing with my insurance. Very reliable and courteous company.
Stephan he’s not only very professional, but he went beyond the call, by helping me find a leak that our plumber had not yet found, which basically saved the day. He gave me some free time as well, and was extremely thorough and reasonable. If I could give more than five stars, I would.
My wife and I were worried about water damage that we noticed in the ceiling being from leaky plumbing. Within the hour, I had a rep come out with sophisticated technology to ensure me that the water damage was exterior. This company not only gave me peace of mind, but also saved me what could have ended up being hundreds of dollars, hours of excruciating work, and headache. All for free.I am extremely grateful for the help, and I will certainly keep them in mind for any future water emergencies I might have. Highly recommended.
