We had no idea that a leak in a toilet in our upstairs bedroom could cause such a massive headache. We waited for our general contractor to heal from a surgery and when he was still out we contacted a few people including SS Water Restoration. The professionalism and technical knowledge were what led us to work with this company. Stefan, Richard and his crew went to work ripping out water logged wood, boards and panels. They are familiar with our insurance adjuster.
These guys were very professional and knowledgeable. I trusted them to do a good job and they came to my house and took complete control over the flooding in my upstairs bathroom and surrounding rooms along with the garage which was affected since the bathroom was on the second floor above the garage. I was mortified at the extend of the damage. I had piece of of mind knowing these guys would take care of getting the drying process completely properly and finding all the areas that had water damage. They were very reliable and came back everyday to check the progress of drying and they were quick to return my calls and emails. They disposed of the wet carpet and drywall and insulation and cleaned up. I don't believe they could have done a better job.
Showed up quickly, found issues that weren’t apparently obvious, created an action plan to get everything dry, and executed that plan well. Also, didn’t leave a mess behind which is a big bonus. Highly recommend! Now on to drywall repairs and painting.
