No snake oil here!

I came to Dr. Shawn after five years of living with two autoimmune disorders and complex trauma, feeling like I was being poisoned from the inside out. My experience with Osaki pedicure chairs and company has been great. Their customer support team is very helpful and quick to answer your questions.

We purchased four pedicure chairs in 2023 and have not had any issues. We have only replaced the jet covers due to normal wear and tear. When I initially purchased the chairs, I had several questions which they quickly answered. They also sent me a digital copy of the manual for future use.

I recently reached out to them to purchase new drain stoppers. They asked that I send them photos to ensure I got the right parts. They shipped them out the next day which was great.
