“I had an absolutely amazing experience at City Cave! I tried out the Float & Flow package today, and I couldn’t be happier. I am feeling SO much more relaxed and peaceful than when I arrived. The location itself was super clean and aesthetically pleasing. Plus, the staff was great. Both the sauna and float tank rooms were completely private with locking doors. Everything was explained to me beforehand by the staff, so nobody bothered during my session. There was also a button I could press if I wanted assistance. They had everything I needed: cold water, warm tea, a robe and slippers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a spray bottle, petroleum jelly for any cuts, and earplugs (for the tank).

The sauna was really cool because I was able to change the lights depending on what areas I wanted to target, like skin health, inflammation, etc. I was also able to control the temperature, lights, Bluetooth, and more, all inside the sauna. The float room was really great, as well. There was music playing underneath the water, which was very calming, and the temperature was perfect. The shower and tank were clean and easy to use. I honestly felt so relaxed the entire time. Also, the prices were very reasonable, especially with the summer sale. I will most definitely be coming back here!!!“
