He recommends exercises to do at home, and as he is working on you he explains the purpose and the benefit to that particular part of the body. “The massage therapists working at Massage Life Center in Highland Village are all so extraordinary right now. Seriously, you get a quality therapist in random choosing. They are all extremely professional and polite. They are knowledgeable about muscles and healing and I leave improved every time. They are kind, compassionate, and want you to have a good massage. I used to request Vanessa or Elizabeth, but now Alex has joined the ranks of my favs. There’s a couple of newer guys that make my list, as well. It’s a really great group giving great massages. I don’t feel like I have to request anyone anymore. They’re all great! Now, I must give a nod to the retail buyer for the gift store. I’ve purchased gifts and unisual things for myself in the small shop in the reception area.”
“Dr. Shim is amazing! I had neuropathy in my feet and arthritis in my knees. He started treatment January 2024 two times a week. The treatment consisted of acupuncture, cupping, stretching, and spinal decompression. He does AcuGraph testing after 15 sessions and my results reflect major improvement. I'm currently going once a week. Back in January I could barely walk and now I can run. I highly recommend Acupuncture & Integrated Healthcare.”
