After seeing Dr. Shim my TMJ pain is almost non-existent. I still can not open my mouth wide but headaches and neck aches are now mild. I suffered from cold intolerance and now my circulation is great! I don't need socks in bed anymore and I am not cold all the time. I don't feel like I am freezing in public settings anymore. I have had trauma and had EMDR but I still had elevated stress levels but now my baseline stress level is zero! Before seeing Dr. Shim, I felt like I just could not get comfortable in my bed at night, I don't know if it was the spinal decompression or the acupuncture but now I find my bed feels more comfortable and my sleep has improved.“

“Both Angie and Laurel are absolute goddesses. They are amazing at their craft, very thorough with their massages. I don’t get massages as often as I would like to, and I usually wait to go in until I am in so much pain. Every time I leave feeling like a whole new person. My most recent experience, I woke up with either a pinched nerve or crick in my neck and tried to baby it for a few days and shake it off. I couldn’t move my head up/down/side to side. I couldn’t lift my shoulder or move my arm. My upper body is SO significant to my work so it was a huge issue for me. My pain was easy a 6-7. Laurel spent maybe 20-25mins getting my neck into a neutral position before beginning the massage. She was so careful and gentle. I could actually move again after the massage. She took her time. I felt very comfortable and cared for. I left feeling maybe a 2 on the pain scale and I recovered within a day or two after the massage. I recommend both Angie and Laurel to all of my coworkers and any clients who ask.❤️“
