Awesome place to get made whole! Scott, Cody and the gang are amazing! First went there in 2002 for shoulder, other shoulder in 2010, knee replacement in 2021 and now back issues with a new gang! Highly recommend this Facility! Wife’s been there too! Andy & Dee

Smaller physical therapy place, at a convenient location. The entire staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Each therapist knows exactly what I need to successfully recover from surgery. I would absolutely recommend this location, no matter what your physical therapy needs are!

I have been sent to Fyzical Therapy Lewisville Texas by doctors on four different occasions over the years. The PT's at Fyzical Therapy Lewisville have always helped me. The people are great to work with. I feel like I know them all as friends. The front office people, Hannah and Colin always greet you with a smile. The PTs -Scott, Cody, Taylor, Jerica keep you going and make sure you are hydrated and that your vital signs are where they should be. This is important when you are older like me.
I can can only go one more time this series of medicare covered treatments and I will miss seeing them. I highly recommend Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center Lewisville Texas.
