While searching for a sports or deep tissue massage online for my son I found this wonderful practice. I wanted to make sure he would be in good hands and with someone who was intentional with his care with him being a very active athlete, as well as this being his first massage!

Ms. Theresa at Recuperate Massage was exactly what I was looking for and more. She provided exceptional and professional service. We were sent home with information that was thorough and geared specifically towards him to help him continue improving his recovery after his massage.

We will definitely book again and encourage anyone looking to go ahead and book as well! It'll be worth it!
