“Recently, I returned from a business trip and was in need of a relaxing massage. In my search for a new place to experience, I stumbled upon Apex. Despite the mixed reviews, I decided to take a chance and visit without making a prior appointment. Fortunately, when I arrived, the place wasn't crowded.Upon entry, I was promptly greeted by a staff member (whose name I didn't catch). I opted for a one-hour massage, priced at $70. They escorted me to the massage room where I prepared myself and lay down on the table. My massage therapist soon joined me, inquiring about my preferred pressure level, to which I requested a firm touch. I was particularly pleased to receive back walking treatment, which I have always enjoyed.The massage was thoroughly satisfying, with the pressure applied just as I had hoped. Although the therapist had to leave the room a few times, totaling three, one of these interruptions was to fetch a hot towel for my back, which was a nice touch.In conclusion, I would consider returning to this establishment. However, there was a notable drawback - the massage duration was only 49 minutes, despite paying for a full hour. I firmly believe that if a customer pays for an hour, they should receive the full hour's service. It seemed they might have been hurrying the session, as another client was waiting when I departed.Update: went recently and 2nd time was a charm. The small issues I had previously improved.“
