“August 8th I went out for a fun night with the folks in my office and ended up having a little too much fun and tearing my ACL and quite a bit more knee damage. I have had 22 visits to Little Elm Physical Rehab. These two guys have spent the last 20 weeks taking care of me pre and post surgery. I have laughed, cried, and had a ton of fun with them and my time with them will be missed. They are much more like good friends now instead of medical professionals. They took care of me like I was one of their family members. They are knowledgeable, kind, supportive, and totally amazing. I would recommend everyone to this amazing clinic. You can get the hard work done while still having fun, laughing, and knowing that you are truly cared for as a person not a number. These guys are the best. Alas all good things have to come to an end and I am finished with my Physical Therapy and moving back out into the world. “I left with more than I expected, and I expected a lot.To be honest I was a little wary when I saw I had to pay prior to the appointment because I didn’t know Kim. But once you meet her, all concerns will be dispelled - she’s a warm, giving person who just wants to love on people through her craft. Her knowledge is immediately apparent and she’s eager to share it in any way that will help you.Regarding her work, she knows what she’s doing. As you’ll quickly see, she’s knowledgeable without the arrogance and can help you without causing more pain.I went to her because my hands were going numb due to bad postures taken when holding my infant and from delivery. She found trigger points all over my body that I didn’t even realize were so tender. The numbness isn’t gone but it’s leaps better than before my session (I plan to return). She also helped other areas I was unaware of - my hips were more mobile as well as my back and my neck less tense. After my session, and for the first time after delivery, I felt energized and relaxed - I came home and took a deep nap and woke up with a desire to move and stretch. I stretched for an hour that evening because it felt wonderful to be able and have the desire to move.TLDR - Go to Kim, she can help you (in more ways than you realize). “The overall experience was nice, my husband and I second time going. My sister had purchased a 150.00 gift card for this location, we were told we was at the wrong location to use the gift card, but she was gonna ask her Boss about the gift card. A sign on the wall about gift cards??..25 tip and as we leaving out the door she calls my husband back in and proceeds to tell him her boss said they couldn't take the gift card, so he pays 150.00 dollars that clearly stats on their sign 140.00 for couples & don't forget he has already paid them a. 25.00 tip. we leave to go around to see the Oasis location shesaid we suppose to have been, Guess what, it wasn't one ??So I decided to check our gift card, and they had pulled the 150.00 off of it, so we go back. I said so who pays 325.00 for services today. She apologized and said she would void the transaction from my husband card. I guess we will try the one 2 doors down that just opened up. That was wrong of them trying to get paid twice SMH ?“
