They came out today and replaced our upstairs A/C unit, added vents to our sons’ closets (why on earth they didn’t already have them is beyond me!), and replaced the shoddy duct work in our attic that was original to the house built in 1999. The team was very clean (they put drop cloths down on our stairs, in our entryway, and upstairs and wore booties on their feet); polite; knowledgeable; and worked SO hard. Kaden and Peter did a great job and worked ALL day (from about 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.). and didn’t leave until everything was all cleaned up + they had walked us through all the work done and ensured we knew how to work the new system.
