On July 2nd, I discovered that the AC was not cooling again and reached out to them if they could dispatch someone on the 3rd, which was a holiday for them. The person who arrived, who I think's name was Josh, was very easy going and did not complain at all about having to be there on July 3rd but said he'd keep me in the loop as he went along. Monday morning, I came in expecting an argument about double overtime and everything about working the 4th, but instead got a zero bill with the reminder that under their workmanship guarantee that they would be covering everything.
