Howze Plumbing
“We had a pretty bad leak under our sidewalk and had three different plumbing companies come out to assess the situation. Howze Plumbing was by far the most professional, thorough, and cost-effective of the three.
Chesney came out to assess the situation and, unlike the other companies, he didn’t jump to conclusions. He took the time to look at the road, but also looked up toward the house and noticed things the other two companies didn’t even bother to consider. I really appreciated how thorough he was and that he wanted to make sure we understood what was actually causing the problem before recommending a solution.
He gave us three different options for the repair, and the quotes absolutely blew the other companies away—either in price, warranty, or both. I never felt pressured into choosing the most expensive option. Instead, I felt like Chesney was genuinely trying to find the best solution for our situation.
After dealing with a stressful plumbing issue, it was such a relief to work with a company that was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and actually cared about doing the job right. I would highly recommend Howze Plumbing, and especially Chesney, to anyone needing plumbing work. We will definitely call them again if we ever need anything in the future.”
