Aaron is fantastic from a knowledgeable standpoint, thorough in his process to dissect the issue, and listened to us as homeowner on things we noticed. Our unit had been installed improperly by another company, we got lots of water out the secondary, and our condenser was shutting off. Aaron listened and quickly realized it was a simple balancing issue in the attic on the pan that was incorrect, causing water to accumulate in the unit flipping the float shut off. Since he corrected it has since worked beautifully. We couldn’t be more thankful for the referral. There was no attempt to sell anything not needed.
