“Odd. I have to erase my previous review to post this one.
I signed up for the annual plan. Older systems and it seemed logical. Im not sure it was a great idea but its done now.
Oscar came by for my semi annual checkup. He was on time and very professional. He spent probably 2.5 hours going through my 2 systems with a fine toothed comb. Everything checked out. Im very pleased and highly recommend Milestone. A great customer experience indeed”
“Patrick was a lifesaver. Late last night we realized that our air conditioner wasn’t working, so we reached out to Patrick and he talked us through what it could be and what we could look at to see if it would kick on. He tried to come out, but we told him it was late and we could survive for the night. He was able to come out today, diagnose the issue and get it fixed within a few hours. Best of all we didn’t need a new unit! There’s something to be said about great and trustworthy service!”
“Jorge did a great job checking over the entire system and making sure everything was running exactly as expected. Highly professional, thorough, and efficient and definitely recommend to regular maintenance.”
