Late last night we realized that our air conditioner wasn’t working, so we reached out to Patrick and he talked us through what it could be and what we could look at to see if it would kick on. He tried to come out, but we told him it was late and we could survive for the night. He was able to come out today, diagnose the issue and get it fixed within a few hours. Best of all we didn’t need a new unit! There’s something to be said about great and trustworthy service!“

He explained each step of the process, what the problem was, and made sure I understood all of the options available. Since it was going to take a couple days to get all the equipment and get his installers out, he brought out a portable A/C unit for my bedroom so I had a nice cool space until the new A/C was up and running.
