My AC stopped working one morning and the house started getting hot fast in this Texas heat. Go figure. Willard had a technician out in an hour who knew almost immediately what the issue was and fixed it on the spot, and explained everything in detail to help me understand what was going on and what he was going to do to fix it. My dogs and I were so grateful to Jorge/George to getting our home cooled back down in no time. And I didn't spend an arm and a leg! Bonus points! Not sure how to rate them due to The fact I chose to go with another company based on the price that I was given. While some companies were wanting to earn the business by helping you out pricewise others not so much in comparing apples to apples I ended up purchasing a system that was about $5000 cheaper. Some of the quotes have been so far out of the ballpark it was laughable at that point, but others were more reasonable.
