They took on our case and treated us with the upmost respect, super down to earth, and went over and beyond to make sure we were getting the best of the best. I reached out about a repair on my AC about 30 days ago, and they came on site and spent all day working on the system and repaired a leak.
On July 2nd, I discovered that the AC was not cooling again and reached out to them if they could dispatch someone on the 3rd, which was a holiday for them. They dispatched a person to come out who was there by 930am. The person who arrived, who I think's name was Josh, was very easy going and did not complain at all about having to be there on July 3rd but said he'd keep me in the loop as he went along. He was able to get the upstairs cooling off in time for my guest showing up on the 4th.
Our ac went out on a late hot evening. Edgar came without hesitation and took a look at our unit. He knew immediately what was wrong and got our unit working quickly! Definitely recommend!
