“I want to recognize One Way Heating & Cooling for the outstanding customer service they've provided to my friend during an ongoing HVAC issue. While another company has been slow to address concerns and provide solutions, One Way has taken the time to answer questions, provide helpful feedback, and assist in identifying the parts needed to move forward.
Even though they weren't the company that originally worked on the system, they've shown far more concern and urgency in helping than the company responsible for the issue. Their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help have made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
It's refreshing to find a company that genuinely takes the time to help people, even when there's no immediate benefit to them. Based on their honesty, responsiveness, and customer service alone, I would not hesitate to recommend One Way Heating & Cooling.“

“We had them go fix the swamp cooler. They fixed everything but 1 thing... The thing that gets the water going to actually cool everything. It costed us at least $700 and they at this point have just ghosted me. It's now been 5 days and a fahe promise someone would come at 10.

Edit) Alright so they finally came and fixed it the day of posting this review. Turns out that their phones weren't working due to team issues. Fixed it in 10-15 minutes. While I don't understand why the specialist that came the first time needed to be the one to come fix it. Turns out he had an emergency to go to during the day it happened. Things happen, not mad at the guy at all. Just wish they didn't have to have him be the only one capable of coming to fix it. But finally got cool air now, and that all we needed.“

“Now this is what you can call PROFESSIONAL. I had an emergency with my cooler. It went out during the night. I left a message and got a call at 7am and they were here by 8am. ““I had an excellent experience with Southwest Chimney and Stove and Air Duct Cleaning. The entire process took about 45 minutes, and the technician was thorough, professional, and efficient. While the cost is fair, you truly can’t put a price on safety.

What impressed me most was the technician’s attention to detail. They not only cleaned and inspected the chimney but also pointed out necessary repairs, explaining why they were needed. This level of communication helped me understand the process and the importance of proper chimney maintenance.
