I want to recognize One Way Heating & Cooling for the outstanding customer service they've provided to my friend during an ongoing HVAC issue. While another company has been slow to address concerns and provide solutions, One Way has taken the time to answer questions, provide helpful feedback, and assist in identifying the parts needed to move forward.
Even though they weren't the company that originally worked on the system, they've shown far more concern and urgency in helping than the company responsible for the issue. Their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help have made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
It's refreshing to find a company that genuinely takes the time to help people, even when there's no immediate benefit to them. Based on their honesty, responsiveness, and customer service alone, I would not hesitate to recommend One Way Heating & Cooling.
I have to say Eber is amazing at what he does. I had been without a barber for two months and my beard and hair were a mess when I walked in, but he made it look great. The atmosphere in there is just so relaxing and welcoming you feel like you have been going there for years. I will defiantly be going back thanks for the great job Eber.
I highly recommend Dr. Ortiz and his assistant, Natalie. From the moment I walked in, they were both very kind, welcoming, and professional. Natalie is always friendly and helpful, and Dr. Ortiz truly cares about his patients and their recovery.
After dealing with back and leg pain from a car accident a year ago, my boys and I finally found relief through my treatments with Dr. Ortiz. I didnt think the pain would ever go away. I appreciate the time he took to listen to my concerns and help improve my boys and my pain and mobility. The care and compassion shown by the entire office made a difficult situation much easier.

Dr Dyer, is super friendly and explains in detail all work and procedures to be done during your visit. He answers all your questions in detail and makes sure you understand. The staff is also very friendly and courteous. Front desk reception area greet you with a smile as you walk in and acknowledge you personally by your name making you feel as part of the family.
The bouquet I received was absolutely beautiful in every way. Each rose looked fresh and carefully placed, creating a clean and elegant arrangement that felt very natural. It matched exactly what I had seen and expected, which I really appreciated. The fragrance was soft, fresh, and pleasant without being overwhelming. Delivery was quick and handled with care, ensuring nothing was damaged. Overall, I was very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely consider ordering again.

My stylist (Mia) was very nice and took her time during my haircut rather than rushing through. It's clear she sees it as an art and does her best to make sure everything looks good. I also enjoyed the MVP experience with the hot towel, shampooing, and massage chair. She even dried my hair and applied some texture powder for me, which I appreciate! I definitely recommend coming here and requesting to see Mia!
