Excellent customer service and installation. Company representative Brenda was very informative as to what the company offered. She was patient, very friendly, heard what my family wanted (not like the other companies), and what was promised was delivered. The installation was done in about 4 1/2 hours. The workers explained how the new refrigeration worked, how to install the filters, and cleaned up everything when finished. I highly recommend this company.

Spoke with Omega Air during the El Paso Home and Garden Show, 2024. Omega took my information and scheduled a service at my home. Eric from Omega arrived on time, did a thorough inspection and service, and he was professional throughout the entire process. I recommend Eric and Omega to anyone in El Paso needing and air conditioning service complete.

Omega Air is professional, and they get the job done. Had a complicated issue with my unit and even the owner came to my house to ensure everything was working properly and gave me his personal number in case I had any issues.
