It's their professionalism. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are prompt, polite and they are a team that works like a well oiled machine. they show up when they say they will and always followup. I had postponed making the conversion for years because I dreaded the inconvenience I thought I would have to go through, but there was none of that, they were not only careful and clean while working, but were fast. They arrived at 9am as stated and by 2pm, they were done and I had cool, quiet clean air. Thank you Hugo and the team at Empire Refrigeration.

I had a great experience with Empire Refrigeration. My upstairs A/C unit stopped working on a Sunday evening, and after I called, they were at my home first thing Monday morning. The technician explained everything clearly, walked me through the process, and was professional and courteous the entire time. They cleaned out my unit, got it running great. I really appreciated their prompt response, honesty, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Empire Refrigeration!
Sadly my refrigerated air went out, I called Empire Refrigeration who installed my unit, and I hated to bother them on Sunday. I spoke with Erwin who stated he was on his way to church and would come to my house right after. He kept his word, came to my housed and fixed the issue. My children and grandchildren were grateful, myself.
Thank you Erwin/Empire Refrigeration.
