Had them come out on Dec 11th for an issue I had with my heater. They came out same day and proceeded to tell me that some insulation had fallen and that was causing my burning smell and my unit to cease working. 5 days later of them coming to check my unit, Saturday morning I noticed again the same burning smell. They are closed Saturday and Sunday so no worries I understand everyone has their schedule. I was pleased that Ian the owner called me promptly this morning at 8:03am to ask what the reason for my missed call was. Ian sent out the team right away to remedy the situation and was willing to work with my warranty that I have on my unit. My unit is fully functional...read full review
