“My experience with Mechanical Technologies has been great. My initial interaction was with a sales person and he was a really nice guy. The installation of my hvac was done professionally. The sales person also showed up on installation day to make sure everything was going as i expected. The installer was very professional and extremely picky about how things done and how his work looked. Just a high level of pride in his work. The unit works great and they have a maintenance plan that works great for me. Worth getting in my opinion. I ended up getting a tankless water heater from Lowe's a few years later. It so happened that Mechanical Technologies installed it. Unfortunately the installer didn't do a good job and I started having issues and didn't know why. I called MT and they sent out another technician who was awesome. He started by looking at the unit and ended up looking at other things like the house and how and where it vented, etc...long story short, he identified that the unit wasn't venting properly and got the system back on track and my venting issue was corrected immediately without an additional charge. Mechanical Technologies took care of me. Everything has been working great ever since and I still use their bi-annual maintenance services.“

“I called the day before and their customer service was very responsive. I had an appointment the very next day. I called Sobelas and no answer; then were going to schedule me 2 days out. I picked Sunshine AC of course. Two (2) technicians called prior to arriving. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I required FREEON in 1 unit and maintenance in the other. They also installed 2 thermostats. They provided advice on maintenance and replacement timelines. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive thermostat. After they tested the AC and made sure everything was working properly. Labor and time and materials were priced reasonably. Looks like I will schedule further maintenance and replacement if necessary with this company. Hire Sunshine Heating and AC and you will never look back!!“

“I would give Cruz’s Heating and Cooling 10 stars if I could. They came to the rescue when my uncle’s furnace stopped working one evening in 20 degree weather. My uncle is an elderly Vietnam vet who had to sleep in a sleeping bag next to space heater that night. Called Cruzs the next morning when they opened, and Joe went out of his way to install a new furnace that same day. Cruzs made sure my elderly uncle did not have to sleep in a freezing house again. Oh, and they did it for a great price too. They are the genuinely wonderful people and will get all of our future business. I simply can’t say enough good things about Joe and his team.
