One Way Heating and Cooling saved me thousands of dollars by finding the true cause of my problem instead of recommending a major and unnecessary repair.

When I first called, they responded quickly and scheduled someone to inspect my system that same day. They then arranged to check it again the following morning to confirm the diagnosis. Mike and Joe came out, worked together to thoroughly evaluate the system, and made sure they had correctly identified the problem before recommending a solution.

My AC unit died end of July and in a moment of panic I called One Way because they had a lot of good reviews. I was not disappointed! Someone was over within an hour of my phone call and they replaced the unit the very next day. Their team was friendly and professional and I will definitely be contacting them again when the second unit finally dies.
