George was early to our appt. He was extremely professional and thorough. George went above and beyond and fixed someone else’s mess. El Paso Appliance Repair is phenomenal! From the moment they called, their customer service was friendly and professional. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, explained, and completed the repair efficiently and cleanly. Transparent pricing, honest recommendations, and real expertise — the dishwasher now works. They scheduled an appointment right away and followed through. Communication was great and service was quick.
Took a couple days to get an appointment but I received texts with confirmation of the appointment as well as status texts the day before and the day of the appt. Other appliance repair shops were quoting a couple days wait, too, so must be the standard right now. George was here on time and was professional. Turns out nothing wrong with the dishwasher but service call fee is good for 30 days in case something happens within the next 30 days. He got the dishwasher going and provided maintenance tips. He also gave me info on my other appliances which I appreciated.
