My mom's AC went out with no warning and this company, including the owner and all the staff, were a pleasure to work with. They were so proactive with their communication and time estimates. Also, they were very punctual the day they installed the new unit and anytime thereafter to make sure that everything was working as expected. They did a great job in the installation and walked us through the entire process of what was required, payment, and time to complete + inspection. Technicians were extremely professional and on time. They did routine maintenance on our system and were thorough in the process. They also answered every question we had. We will definitely be contacting them again to continue to do our maintenance and for any other future HVAC related issues that might come up. Highly recommend
Workers arrived a finished the replacement of my HVAC system on time. There were two crews-one working in the eoodf and the other working inside the house inside of the house. They were efficient, clean and professional throughout the process. I recommend AR Heating & Colling to anyone needing HVAC equipment and/or replacement.
