About to finish the Navaratri Kundalini Sadhana. It was amazing! Very well rounded with asanas, meditation techniques, nutrition, and great atmosphere. Definitely recommend to anyone curious about kundalini, or even experienced practitioners! Namaste.

The grounds of this place are adorable! We loved being there! The class we took wasn't that good though. Kindof boring. But I'm sure there are better ones and it's worth going to just walk around in the gardens
