Love the location! Great instructors each one has something to offer. Christopher will make you laugh and but you won't be laughing at how sore you are the next day. Jeremy always brings a challenge and modifications for beginners to advanced. Alizeh is calming and will stretch and relax you. Julie is great for technique. And Erica brings a variety of morning classes making you want to show up everyday. You can't go wrong if you dedicate your practice and are willing to try every type of class and instructor.
As of today I have taken 50 classes at Teasley Club Pilates and I love it! All of the instructors are great. I highly recommend taking a class with Chris if you want to be sweating and sore!
