Rudra Center Denton is a peaceful and spiritual place that offers a serene atmosphere for reflection and relaxation. Located in a beautiful and well-maintained facility and garden, the center provides a great setting for meditation. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, making it an ideal place to learn and grow. With its unique architecture and tranquil surroundings, Rudra Center Denton is a hidden gem in Denton, offering a variety of activities such as Tai chi classes.
I first started coming to the Rudra Center in 2012. It is a place rich in teachings of Self knowledge. I learned practicality of meditation, energy and spirituality, so much so, that it propelled me to become a meditation teacher and Tai Chi instructor.
I highly recommend doing a class here whether you’re seeking more knowledge on how to bring more practicality to spirituality, or you want to learn more about your true Self, the Rudra Center has a vast amount of offerings to need the desire of a true Seeker.
This is a great place to start developing a spiritual foundation. Teachings are taught in a way that are understood for beginners and more advanced practitioners. The Wednesday classes are my favorite. Highly recommend those. The garden is also really cool looking, and there’s so much awesome art and statues. Overall, heartful community.
I’ve been studying at the Rudra Center for a little over 2 years, and it has made a significant positive impact in my life. The depth that you receive in each and every class is unlike anything I have found anywhere else. Everything is very affordable, and I am grateful to be a part of such a heartful community. Silver is an incredible teacher, and has helped me transform my life in numerous ways.
